Awareness Healing   The Invitation to Experience Wholeness

Awareness Healing helps you to find and to relax the chronic tension that affects your physical and emotional states of health. Chronic tension is internally caused by "emotions turning-inward." Emotions turning-inward are resolved by a shift in awareness.

Awareness Healing provides a collection of tools in support of your desired direction of healing. In a group healing session, we don't discuss anyone's specific issues or desired direction. Instead, we spend more time defining your current condition, your desired direction of healing, and the meaning for you of making the "healing shift" from your current condition to your desired direction, as an internal process. The only thing we share as a group is the resonance with Unconditional Acceptance, which is one of the tools.

The session starts with explanations and exercises for you to clarify your definition of healing for yourself. We then apply the tools and our own definitions to ourselves during a guided meditation. The group healing session lasts for less than 3 hours, including breaks. Where possible, there are provisions for lying down comfortably during the guided meditation, for those who want to. We invite you to wear warm, comfortable clothes for your deeply relaxing experience.
